You copy one line of code from the panel and paste it into your site, before </body>. No plugin, no server, no change to your hosting. It works on any site — WordPress, Shopify, plain HTML.
Only from the information you give it: free text, questions & answers, or the addresses of your own pages. It never invents prices, deadlines or promises. When the answer isn't in your information, the conversation goes to a person.
The conversation moves to “Waiting” and your operators are notified by email and in the panel (SMS optional). The visitor sees a clear message that a colleague is taking over — never a made-up answer.
Every plan comes with a number of AI replies per month. You are not charged when the AI doesn't know, when the visitor asks for a person, or when abuse is blocked. When the credits run out, the AI switches off with a clear message and conversations continue with your operators.
